Make gorgeous papers that can be framed or made into cards or a journal cover or to use as collage papers. Once you start you won’t be able to stop. Liz will take the mystery out of gel printing and leave you dazzled and delighted. Come share the fun and make some cool papers to use in all your art and craft work. With the permanent Gelli Printing plate there is no preparation with messy gelatin and cleanup is a breeze.

Please bring to class:

Gelli printing plate; Acrylic paint
Brayer – hard or soft, this is a very important item to bring
Watercolor Paint (optional)
Stencils - assorted
Rubber stamps - assorted selection of mounted and un-mounted
Found objects: such as netting from fruit bags, corregated cardboard sponges, kitchen sink mat, rubber coasters, bubble wrap, anything that creates texture
Watercolor paper – 90 lb. and/ or 140 lb.
Asst. other papers to experiment printing on, varying weights
Foam brushes – 4
Q – tips for drawing on plate
Water container
Palette or large plastic lid
OPTIONAL: Fabric – muslin or quilting cottons in light to medium colors – fat quarters or small pieces 8 x8 or 9 x 12
